Now this is RAIN

We've not had nearly enough rain here.  People are having to purchase water at this time.  As you can imagine fresh water is at a premium on an island.  But a week or so ago we did have a great rainy day as you can see.  Forgive the awkwardness of the video, I was trying to stay dry while taking it.  Today we'll pray for rain.

I thought our Elders looked very Bermudian in this picture.  They do a lot of studying, but don't be fooled they are always on the go, from parish to parish, working very hard.  They know what they are about our Fathers work.  They do it very well .   We all greatly love the people here.

Shoe Exchange.

Sister Veronica had a source for shoes, we had around 5 large boxes that she brought to Church and after our meetings surprised the sisters.  They each were able to pick out shoes and the remainder are headed to the Phillipines with Sister Jay when she visits family.  It was great fun and so kind of Veronica.

Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints/ Bermuda Branch

It's been a while, this is where the "Bermuda Branch" meets.  It's a great building, the only concern, they are outgrowing this building.  Isn't that terrific!  The spirit is very strong at the branch and by the way these folks can sing, wonderful strong voices.  Everyday we keep saying to each other just how lovely the members are and the Bermudian on the street. Grateful to be here.
