New Friends

We've said good bye to old friends and hello to two good Elders.  
Elder Nakus and Elder Meyers.
We're are at Bro. Smiths restaurant, where he serves a great fish sandwich.
He is very generous to our missionaries and so many others.

I thought our Elders looked very Bermudian in this picture.  They do a lot of studying, but don't be fooled they are always on the go, from parish to parish, working very hard.  They know what they are about our Fathers work.  They do it very well .   We all greatly love the people here.

Shoe Exchange.

Sister Veronica had a source for shoes, we had around 5 large boxes that she brought to Church and after our meetings surprised the sisters.  They each were able to pick out shoes and the remainder are headed to the Phillipines with Sister Jay when she visits family.  It was great fun and so kind of Veronica.

Branch Non-Talent Talent Show

Our youth decided that it would be fun to host a "Non-talent Talent Show".  We'll we were all for that. Elder Webster and I have many talents, so sad, none that could be called culturally refined. So we were excited about the prospects of being able to share a non-talent.  Our idea ; ) "Elder Short".  Surprisingly no one here has ever seen a Mr Short presentation, let alone an Elder Short.  It was a hit, we had such fun sharing our presentation.   There was a great many talents and non-talents shared, as well as a good number of visitors some of which even participated.  It was WONDERFUL and fun.  Of course a pot luck dinner followed with good conversation and fellowshipping.
