Most of our members don't have cars, others travel by bus, taxi, or maybe motorcycles (small, almost moped type). So when there is a youth activity or someone needs a ride to church the "Toaster" (our van) gets put to good use. It reminds me of the children's song, "The wheels on the bus, go round and round".
It is an absolute pleasure to host our members, an opportunity to get better acquainted, to laugh and enjoy each others company. One such event was a youth activity to the beach, when we finished we loaded up seven kids, two beach chairs, two umbrellas, a regular size cooler, and a small gas barbeque grill. To say we were rockin' and rollin' would be a great understatement! We had a ball, I think our crew did as well. Thanks Pauline and Galvin for a wonderful activity!
