Daquan, Roxane, and Shequilla's BAPTISM

Our most recent has been a beautiful baptism.  Our young friend Shaq prepared himself to baptize his mother and little sister, and his friend baptized their close friend Daquan on the same morning.  It is a first for the branch to have a young priesthood holder baptize his own family.  Many of the members came out to support them on this journey.  Father in Heaven blessed us with a morning with out rain, it was perfect!


 
Sandy and RL were here and able to join us for our baptisms.  It was great to have them there.

It's been a while, this is where the "Bermuda Branch" meets.  It's a great building, the only concern, they are outgrowing this building.  Isn't that terrific!  The spirit is very strong at the branch and by the way these folks can sing, wonderful strong voices.  Everyday we keep saying to each other just how lovely the members are and the Bermudian on the street. Grateful to be here.

Shaq is on the left, he is #1 in Raleigh India Raleigh is a youth and education charity with 26 years experience in providing adventurous and challenging expeditions for people from all backgrounds, nationalities and ages, especially young people.  Watch our videos at the Raleigh YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/user/RaleighInternational These two young men joined the church this summer.  Immediately after Shaq joined they left on this wonderful excursion to do service.  We've been impressed with the Raleigh organization.  They look like they are having such a great time and meeting many new friends.  We miss them.  When they get back they will receive the priesthood and in doing so will greatly bless the Branch.
